Born and raised in Adams County

Catherine has deep family roots in this community. She and her husband Dave raised their three children—Brianna, Brantly, and Sebastian—here, instilling in them the values of family, hard work, and service that define central Pennsylvania.

Catherine has spent years serving the public, both professionally and personally. She currently owns and operates Orchard Views LLC, a small family farm in York Springs, supporting local agriculture and small business growth. In addition to running a business, Catherine has extensive experience in state government, having served 8 years in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as the District Director for 193rd Legislative District, where she managed daily operations and staff, helped constituents navigate state services, secured grants for local organizations, and worked directly with community leaders across Adams and Cumberland Counties.

Before entering government service, Catherine worked in healthcare for over a decade, assisting cancer patients and families through some of their most difficult moments. That experience shaped her commitment to compassionate, practical leadership and strong constituent advocacy.

She is active with the Adams County Republican Committee, serves as a board member of the Businesswomen of Gettysburg, is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Adams County Farm Bureau, and is a graduate of the Anne Anstine Republican Leadership Series. Catherine is also a proud member of East Berlin VFW Post 8896 and a Pennsylvania State Licensed Notary Public.

Catherine is proud to call this community home and has the proven experience to become the next Representative for the 193rd Legislative District.
